In order for tourists to enter lakshadweep, necessary permit is required from the administration. International tourists are allowed only in few islands such
as Bangaram, Kadmat and Agatti.

It takes 1hr 30min to reach lakshadweep from cochin, kerala. The only airport in lakshadweep is located in Agatti. Flights are operated six days in a week.
